Enjoyed my Easter weekend at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes, including some local specialties. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to key landmarks and attractions.
The language barrier was a challenge at times, as some staff members struggled with English. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. had a good stay, but these issues could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities were top-notch, especially the Spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. the massage and beauty treatments were exceptional. the restaurant served delicious breakfast and poolside snacks. the hotel provided exclusive facilities and room advantages that made our stay even more comfortable. The location advantages were great as it was close to the airport and major attractions. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety at the bar/lounge area. this did not hinder our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the main attractions, which are all clustered together. the airport is also easily accessible. the rooms are spacious and come with restocked toiletries and towels. the breakfast is varied and delicious, with both Western and Chinese options available.
The heating system in the rooms is ineffective and may leave you feeling cold.

The hotel offers great views and stunning decor both inside and out. The bedroom was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, including a generous amount of toiletries. The restaurant on the 23rd floor was a real highlight, providing breathtaking views of the city. The staff were friendly, highly trained, and spoke English fluently.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Incredible Views and Delicious Food I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Astana over the New Year, and I was very impressed. the room was spacious and well-decorated, with an incredible view of the city skyline. the hotel was also conveniently located near many of the city's top attractions, making it easy to explore during my stay. the restaurant served some of the most delicious food I've had in a long time, and I was especially impressed with the traditional Kazakh dishes they offered. the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Astana.
